The Austin Convention Center features two permanent cafés that can be scheduled based on event activity. Food and Beverage minimums may apply. The Atrium Café is conveniently located in the main lobby area outside of Exhibit Hall 4 and the Taste Stand is located on the south side of the building, in the lobby space of Ballrooms ABC & Exhibit Hall 1. 9.3 Concession Services
In addition to the two permanent cafes, Portable Concession and bar areas are available. Please contact your catering manager for location options and power requirements.
Concession Space Requirements

This space is for the equipment only; additional space is needed for seating and queue lines. Exhibit floor plans must indicate the thirty by thirty foot (30’ x 30’) areas for concession equipment in each hall. ACC permanent concession locations may not be blocked at any time.
9.4 Catering Services
Menus are customized by the Executive Chef to provide events creative, varied listings. These offerings are meticulously chosen to fit the event type and service style to provide a delicious one-of-a-kind experience. In creating this experience, event planner recommendations, available space and guest counts are strongly taken into consideration.
